TERMS OF USE

By purchasing a MyLeague Theme Set you agree to abide by my "Terms Of Use" below

1. All sales are final, no refunds will be given for any reason.
2. After purchasing a theme set, you will be sent a zip file with the graphics and HTML documents
3. If you find an error, you must notify me within 7 days of purchase, at which time, I will correct the
error free of charge.
4. Otherwise, all changes and/or corrections will be billed at $6.00 per hour, payable to me prior to
work beginning.

6. No altering of my work is allowed, ie resizing, adding text to, or altering the images in any manner.
7. Altering the images will result in copyright infringement and is punishable by law.
8. You do not have to set the page up exactly as I have it, and you do not have to use all parts of the set.
9. None of my images may be redistributed or resold.
10. My images are not to be used on any site that promotes illegal activity.
11. All premade sets are sold 'As Is' and there will be no additions made to any set.
