TERMS OF USE
By purchasing a webset you agree to abide by my "Terms Of Use" below
1. All sales are final, no refunds will be given for any reason.
2. After purchasing a webset, you will be sent a zip file with the graphics and HTML documents
3. If you find an error, you must notify me within 7 days of purchase, at which time, I will correct the
error free of charge.
4. Otherwise, all changes and/or corrections will be billed at $6.00 per hour, payable to me prior to
work beginning.
5. My linkback must remain on the page at all times
6. No altering of my work is allowed, ie resizing, adding text to, or altering the images in any manner.
7. Altering the images will result in copyright infringement and is punishable by law.
8. You do not have to set the page up exactly as I have it, and you do not have to use all parts of the set.
9. None of my images may be redistributed or resold.
10. My images are not to be used on any site that promotes illegal activity.
Linkware Terms Of Use
1. My Linkware is free to use, but you must contact me and get the images and html document from me.
2. Hotlinking to my images is not permitted, you must upload the images to your own server.
3. All copyrights and my linkback must remain on the page at all times.
4. No altering of my work is allowed.
